COVID Requirements

As we treat patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following these safety procedures:

All people entering the building must wear a mask or other face covering. We do offer cloth masks to anyone in need.

All people entering the building must be symptom free. Symptoms include: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, and Nausea or vomiting.
If you have a cough before your appointment, please call us (253-735-1106) so that we can create a plan to keep you, our staff and community safe.

Please use hand sanitizer (provided) or wash your hands immediately upon entry. Once inside, please do your best to maintain 6′ of distance between you and other patients.

        • Delphi Group: A research group based out of Carnegie Mellon University dedicated to developing the theory and practice of epidemic tracking and forecasting for public health authorities (federal, state, local), the healthcare industry, the public and private sectors, fellow researchers working on epidemic tracking and forecasting, data journalists, and the general public.
